A couple weeks ago, we watched Luke for a few days while TJ and Jenn were in Iowa. I meant to post these videos for Jenn while they were gone, but Brynn and Luke kept us pretty busy and I didn't have time!!

They were playing with some of those sticky hand things and having a lot of fun... this was a close call!!

Daddy's Toodles

A couple weeks ago, Chad was out in the garage using his grinder and all of a sudden Brynn started making the sound that she's doing in the video. She was trying to sound like Chad's grinder!! She calls his tools "toodles". :)

Man, I love this kid!!

By the way, sorry for smudge mark on the video... I'm pretty sure it's from Brynn pushing the camera away because she didn't want me to take pictures or video of her!! (Seriously, that's why I haven't been posting lately!!)

Splash Pad Fun!!

Yesterday, Brynn and I met Amber, Kailey, Reilly and baby Shane at a splash pad. Brynn and I had never been to one before. I figured she would like it, since she loves water... and I was right!! She had a blast. (Good idea Amber, especially since it was free!!) The pad was made of gripper stuff but then when you walk off of the pad, it was really slippery. Brynn fell about three times and once, she hit her head pretty good, which meant we were done for the day.

The temp was 107 yesterday and is supposed to be 109 today.

Over Here, Over There

BRYNN IS A TALKER, no question about it, just ask anyone who knows her. She loves to talk and sing (she sings really quietly and softly). Sometimes she gets lazy with her words, meaning instead of her saying "where go?", she'll say "ah go?".

Well, a few nights ago, Brynn was talking to Chad and she meant to say "over here" and "over there" and you'll have to watch the video to see what she said. This may have been the night that she had rootbeer?

Missing Her Daddy

Chad's been in California for training for work since Saturday and Brynn's asked about him quite a bit. She sure misses her Daddy!! She and I are flying to California on Saturday afternoon, we'll spend a week there on vacation and then drive back home the following Saturday.

I'm a little nervous about the plane ride but I'm sure she'll be fine. I bought her a cheapy little bag from the dollar rack at Target and we're going to put some fun new toys in it to keep her busy. She loves the new bag, so we're off to a good start!! :)

Best Buddies

Last Saturday, Brynn and I went over to the Casey's house to hang out with Jenn and Luke! Brynn and Luke had a blast playing in a laundry basket... you HAVE TO check out the videos below to see the two cutest kids EVER!!



Oh and while we were there, Jenn was doing some laundry. Somehow, Brynn found Matt's Scoobydoo undies and tried to put them on!! (Yes, they were clean!)

Bear Crawl

Brynn will walk if she's holding on to something but freaks out if you try to get her to do it by herself. She's ALMOST there!!

Last night, we went to another potluck. Brynn and I were sitting on the ground and she decided that she wanted to go off on her own. Well, she didn't like how the grass felt on her legs.
