Road trip!

Brynn was so excited to see her Gramma, Grandpa, Auntie Ana (and hopefully, eventually Uncle Keith!)... she did great on the car ride to California! She zonked out pretty quick at first but then we made a quick stop at a rest area and she was awake long enough for us to capture her excitement on camera!

Long weekend

We are so ready for a vacation. We're leaving for California tomorrow right after work and will be back late on Sunday. We'll get to spend some time with Gramma, Grandpa and Auntie Ana!!

We really want to take Brynn to the beach for the first time and go to Hollywood too. Can't wait!!

No, I'm not pregnant!!

Sorry for the lack of posts, I think I've had that stomach flu that's been going around. I've had it since last weekend and just today, it's starting to get better. Went to the dr on Friday and she said that she didn't want to give me anything yet, she wanted me to go on a clear liquid diet for 2-3 days and then reintroduce bananas and apples and those sorts of things. I had pretty much been living on water, Sprite and saltines anyway.

Chad's been a trooper... I hadn't been able to do a whole lot with Brynn until yesterday. Standing up would even make my stomach upset. Knock on wood, I'm getting better. We're heading to California to see Chad's family on Thursday night and I really don't want to have to deal with this for the drive there!!

Aunt Lindy's Quick Trip!

I think this was the least amount of time that Lindy's ever spent on a trip to our house, she was only here from Friday until Tuesday!! Brynn had SO MUCH FUN!! Lindy makes all sorts of goofy faces and noises and sang to Brynn, she just couldn't get enough of it. Lindy handed Brynn to me twice and Brynn cried, she didn't want me to hold her, she wanted Lindy!! What's up with that?! Her Daddy and I are supposed to be the coolest people ever... reality check. We're her parents. ;o)

Brynn tasted Diet Pepsi for the first time and she LOVED to chew on Lindy's camera case. It kind of looks like a little purse. Lindy also taught Brynn to stomp her feet. I need to get that on video!!
